Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Aduana Global Trade website and any brokerage enquiry you submit through it. By using the site you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of service
Aduana Global Trade is an international brokerage that sources vehicles and heavy equipment from North American dealers and auctions for buyers in Africa. Inventory listed on this site is indicative; availability, condition and price are subject to confirmation at the time of a binding quote.
2. Quotes and contracts
Listings and on-site prices are not offers. A binding contract is only formed when a written purchase agreement and pro-forma invoice are signed by both parties and the agreed deposit is received.
3. Inspection
Where independent inspection is included in the quote, the inspection report represents the condition observed at that time. Aduana Global Trade is not the manufacturer and provides no manufacturer warranty unless explicitly stated in the purchase agreement.
4. Shipping and customs
Estimated transit times and duties are indicative. Actual times and charges are determined by carriers and the destination customs authority. Title and risk transfer per Incoterms specified in the purchase agreement.
5. Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, automated form submissions, or content that infringes third-party rights. We rate-limit and block abusive traffic.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aduana Global Trade's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the use of this site (excluding signed purchase agreements, which have their own terms) is limited to CAD 100.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
