- Managed database, authentication and file storage — holding enquiries, catalogue records and uploaded media.
- Transactional email delivery — sending enquiry confirmations and alerts.
- AI model providers — generating assistance text for the advisory features described in our AI / ML Disclosure Policy.
Operational subprocessors
These partners receive only the data needed to move and clear a specific shipment.
- Freight forwarders and shipping lines.
- Pre-shipment inspection agents.
- Licensed customs brokers in the destination market.
- Cargo insurers, where cover is arranged.
Changes
